Thank you for your solar panel order.  Your solar panels have been packed according to JA Solar's best practices.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the correct care is taken during the transportation and unpacking.

Some items to consider.

1. No items or boxes are packed on top of the pallets.

2. Your Trolley/forklift/pallet jack arms are long enough not to damage the panels from the underside.

3. The correct procedure is used during unpacking

4. Panels damaged during transit once they have left our warehouse is the client's responsibility.

Broken or damaged panels will need to be replaced at the client’s account.
